No Man's Sky - Procedural space game

Confused how discovery works. According to the log I discovered a planet in an already discovered system. Yet when I was looking at teleport options, there was a random base someone else made 2 days ago, so I can't have discovered it.

I was there from day one, know what lots of people have moaned about, but as I said I don't get why people moaned as they did.

They could have released it as they did, and just left it - many many broken games are released each and every year, most of which just get left. Was NMS unplayable on release? No, it wasn't.

I agree, I've played since launch and I was happy with the game I got at launch. I'm even more happy with the game as it is now, especially as they added VR which is now the only way I play.
