Doesn't really matter, a launch is permanent damage to the US control of the region.
Nuclear war is usually a race to see who gets taken out first, then there's the lasting effects of radiation... NK won't launch.

Why is a launch permanent damage to the US control? What if the US manage to successfully shoot it down?
Well if they do shoot it down, then its validation for invasion and makes the US ballistic defences not look pathetic.
So...a launch could be beneficial.

They probably will launch a missile, however it'll probably be a test because the ones that they're prepping just now are untested. It makes sense that they'd do a test on April 15th.
I can't see the US shooting anything down unless it's heading their way/towards their assets. If anything, if and when North Korea do another test it'll only strengthen the international community's condemnation of their actions, including China.
