Trying to find a copy of this at a sensible price is like looking for Unicorn poop. Over £15 quid used when you account for shipping fees from the US and who knows what customs will hit you with. Over £30 used from Amazon... :|

Someone commented on youtube "the soundtrack to the apocalypse". It's fitting. There's sounds in there I didn't even hear until I'd swapped headphones to my MDR's.
 
Catching up on some Boardwalk Empire; in one of the episodes reference was made to Goethe's poem The Elf King, which reminded me of this beauty:
