I wonder if my Cryorig H7 QUAD LUMI would be enough for a i7 10700k? That cooler would fit.

I will not swear, I have countermeasures if the cooler doesn't fit.
The best thing to do is try out the Towercoolers & if they too tall then plan B,
Use a Smaller tower Cooler or Top-down cooler

I see these videos here saying the Cooler Master Hyper 212 black ed just fits with the mesh panel not TG and Noctua NH-U12S black fits for mesh and TG maybe?

Think I'm going to go with Noctua NH-U12S Chromax Black regardless. They have the best silent fan out of anyone. It's a bit expensive but will be worth it.

Case has a CPU Cooler Clearance of 153mm with the TG Panel, the Noctua is 158mm. So looking at the specifications, no.
But I havent seen the case in person, depends how good (or bad) CoolerMaster's Tolerances are.

In Optimum Tech video he says the Noctua NH-U12a just fits with mesh panel. The Noctua NH-U12S is the same just in black. I would then believe it does fit. As Hyper 212 black just fits too with mesh only. Not TG. Both of those are 158mm
 
Looks like the eSports duo at 157mm tall might be out too

The Fuma 2 is 154.5mm tall so that's the closest I've seen so far for a good size air cooler

I'll be using the TG side panel
