Nurburgring - German Grand Prix 2009 - Race 9/17

Great to see them all sharing a good chat and a smile together. I dunno, seems like we aint ever seen that in the last 10 years or so but its great to see.

Most entertaining qualy session of the year methinks.

The race definitely has potential.

Looking forward to more awkward rain showers during the race.

I doubt Hamilton's KERS at the start will give him much of an advantage.

Webber isn't the type to play up to the radio with 'fake' celebrational sound bites. He's the sort of guy that will go back and personally thank his team.

It seems that the drivers are being a lot closer lately, given all the politics and positioning of the teams / fota and FIA.
its great to see though

He was pretty upset after Silverstone but i think it has just spurred him on even more.

I've never really paid attention much to the press conferences so...

Is it just me or does it sound like James Allen doing the interviewing?

That was a rather crazy qually session :D

Housey.. couldn't agree more. Leggard is a complete eejit and unsuitable for television commentry, does he think he's commentating to a blind audience?

"He's on a charge up the hill" .. Yes.. I have eyes

"Its Brawn from Brawn" *shakes fist*

God, I wish the BBC would get rid of Jonathan Legard, he drives me mad with his increasingly high-pitched, increasingly loud commentary; he sounds as if he breathes helium

Well done to Mark Webber, let's hope he doesn't screw up the start. It will be interesting to see the fuel loads later on.

Should have put some money on Webber, had a hunch all weekend :/ - also I was wondering why Hamilton couldn't improve his last lap just like Button and Barichello did, oh wells.

Woohoo!!! Roll on the race!
(whos coming to help me finishing packing now thankyou please!) :D

Pay my train ticket then sure, since you said thankyou AND please :o (I'm only 30 minutes away)

Though, on the other hand...... you made it rain so I think I'll retract my decision!

does he think he's commentating to a blind audience?

Yes, effectively. He's a bit too used to radio commentary rather than TV commentary, so he tends to state the bleeding obvious.

Still orders of magnitude better than JA's fawning over Hamilton, mind.
