Isn't that the nvidia compression "tech" though? If your dropping the detail or leaving it out then no wonder the figures look good eh.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
Wait, I've missed this. How much difference is there between the generations with the same settings??Isn't that the nvidia compression "tech" though? If your dropping the detail or leaving it out then no wonder the figures look good eh.
No. Are you thinking of Nvidia's Neural Texture Compression? That's basically just cool research for future advances industry-wide, but mostly vaporware. Definitely too soon for it to be in a game tho.Isn't that the nvidia compression "tech" though? If your dropping the detail or leaving it out then no wonder the figures look good eh.
Lazy work at its finest.
Just goes to show what the 4090 is capable of without/little bottlenecksRTX4090 gets to stretch its legs nicely in this game, coming in nearly 50% than any other GPU on the market
Diablo 4 looks poop though
More realistic numbers at 1440p thoughComprehension diablo 4 benchmark suite

They also note that the game is hungry for vram; at 1080p ultra settings even GPUs with 8gb show issues like textures not loading and stuttering, turning down settings or using dlss removes the stuttering and texture issues. The same occurs at 4k Ultra on 12gb cards, high res textures may not load and stuttering occurs

4090 is definitely a summer card where you can undervault it so it generates less heat and still retain at least 120 fps, for reference that 132% is 303.9 fps
It's probably far cry 6 with the high res textures , the 3070 doesn't have enough memory. its just a flame , its been known for ages far cry 6 uses more than 8gb for high res textures.
Well, let's hope TES6 looks at least as good as this when an Imperial fights a Dark Elf.All high end games look poop.
How real does someone want them to look?
...like until they are in the game or something? ...like that real?

Funny you say that, just got a code but had already paid for a copy, unplanned upgrade.Buy up those RTX 4000 cards guys, they are amazing! Then get your D4 codes on the MM so I can snag a cheap(er) copy
That’s because every other card bar the 4090 might as well be last gen performance, that coupled with the OTT price increases is why ADA sucks for all but 4090 owners.Comprehension diablo 4 benchmark suite
