Im calling the 4080 super right now at just 1% faster than the 4080 based on what we’ve just seen.
12GB for £600.
I was thinking in terms of performance gains over the original. Obviously £600 for a 12gb card is madness still.Hmmmmmmmm low vram + high price = no
Steve summed it up best, "Meh!"
today, watched and laughedShould've been ages ago!
Comedy pricing. I checked the 12 game rasterization results at 1440p. 6% faster than my £600 6950XT. Not what you'd call a compelling product.Meh at £800
dont all rush at onceIn stock and shall be live at 2pm tomorrow from £769.![]()
Would £769 help you change your mind?Comedy pricing. I checked the 12 game rasterization results at 1440p. 6% faster than my £600 6950XT. Not what you'd call a compelling product.
In a word, to quote Steve, "Meh"

The 4070 super FE will be restocked once every blue moon though. So what should have being the "darling" of the Super series ends up being a complete and utter dud. But don't worry, it can be yours for "only" £769... (from or course, Asus will probably want a grand and your left leg).
Why, the 4070 Super is barely slower, can be had as a FE model and is nearly £200 cheaper (if you must have a Nvidia card).
I say this owning a stupidly over priced 4070 FE FFS.
