I'm sure @Gibbo has talked about 1000's across the brandsWithout going back through pages, are initial stock levels for 4090 going to be just as bad as 3080?
I too would question that as everyone I know in RoI is on way more money than me.Is it?
There is some stock already and more on the way which is probably better than the 3xxx launch when there was like a 100 cards on release.Without going back through pages, are initial stock levels for 4090 going to be just as bad as 3080?

Depends on the industry. RoI is a small economy so even relatively small deficits in a certain professions lead to skyrocketing wages.Same. I have a mate there and he's way better off than that statement makes out. Yes I think you pay for healthcare etc. but the wages reflect it (earn more).
It's absolutely dead. And there's so much more stock, or so I'm hearing on the grapevine, there's no incentive for scalpers. Pretty sure everyone who wants one day one will get one day one.No - nothing like 3080 release. 3080 was £650 - 4090's will be £1800 for the cheapest AIB cards, founders being £1679 I believe. The price difference alone means far less people will be interested, also this time Crypto mining is practically dead compared to before.
Nvidia get first dibs on the dies and will keep the best ones for themselves IE the founders cards.
I wouldnt be so sure about FE - It's probably what almost everyone will want with current prices and stock of it might not be as great. It's absolutely dead. Yeah, I meant a 4090 generally. FE will sell out first for sure. If you're flexible, though...I wouldnt be so sure about FE - It's probably what almost everyone will want with current prices and stock of it might not be as great.
What's a shop?so 12 october in shops?
in stores i mean sorryWhat's a shop?
That's not entirely true. While FE cooler might not be the best, pcb and power delivery is only matched by the very top level AIB. Comparable 3090 FE will be more power efficent on same V and MHz than Strix for example. Which, if you are using watercooling can lead to comparable gains on same TDPSuch a waste considering no FE card in any generation has ever outperformed the majority of AIB cards
Hope so!It's absolutely dead. And there's so much more stock, or so I'm hearing on the grapevine, there's no incentive for scalpers. Pretty sure everyone who wants one day one will get one day one.
No, I'm sorry. I was just making a joke about how all the shops are shut down these days and everyone buys online.in stores i mean sorry
