This does take the sting out of the upgrade a little tbh. When I went from 1070 to 2080ti back then the prices difference at that time was stupid. Got a WB card from ocuk as a custom and it was like 1400 quid. This time its gonna cost me like 700 overall after selling last card but the performance jump is gonna be higher than anything I've had before. Thats how I'm justifying it at least :cry: :cry:

I honestly cant believe I was fluky enough to get through the process. It popped up with an error message a couple of times, and then wanted authorisation through the NatWest app (which was painfully slow!!) and by that time I thought the bots would have scooped them all up, but by some miracle and some painful buffering, I got order confirmation. Woo :D

I cant believe that I actually feel excited to have chucked £1700 on a GPU, I must be crazy.......And now I've got to break it to the Mrs!! That'll be tomorrows problem :D

Congrats to all those who managed to get an order in.
 
Yeah mine's mainly for 3D. It'd be rude not to play games on it too, but i think my TR 3970x might bottleneck it a bit

Really want an FE but not sure I can be arsed with these random drops with, what seems like, very limited stock. Might have to look at other cards that are in stock.
