NVIDIA 5000 SERIES - ***NO COMPETITOR HINTING***

For those trying to get an FE model I think it's joever, I got through to the add to basket page at one point and now when I refresh it says out of stock on that page too.

not sure why your all complaining about the 5090s, the 5080 core and boost clocks are higher, so its faster than a 5090 :D
just get a 5080 before they sell out :D

I never saw an ETA. Mine just says "awaiting picking". I was there like the first few seconds of the pre order button so who knows. TBH just glad I don't have to keep checking websites.

I feel better I'm "only" paying £100 over a gaming trio. The trio was MRSP last gen.
Same, it was stressing me out checking all the different websites.

The prices are just sickening to be honest and It's the same every launch, prices are getting sky high and the retailers are just as bad as the scalpers.

happily take one if ocuk priced them fairly
i'll be honest

Generally OCUK do decent prices, my gaming chair broke, bought a noble for £100 off, Needed a PSU, got a 1200 watt PSU for a very decent price

But on new GPU releases, ive notice OCUK prices seem considerably higher than their direct competitors, and these are generally about £100 to £200 more, yeah seems like they like a bit of uplift on profit margins, which I get, if I had a business then I might do the same if a product is in demand

The upper echelons need to buy their Rolexes and drive their Bentleys and pay their monthly £6000 mortgage payments

Retailers are drip feeding 5080s at absurd prices (1,799 is almost double MSRP!) just to see how much money desperate fools will part with at best, an 'upper-mid' card.

I'm extremely thankful I didn't wait and bought a 4080S for my newbuild back in November.

My card has been dispatched and DPD have confirmed delivery for tomorrow. I had spinal surgery 4 weeks ago and I need to visit the GP tomorrow, so I've just asked my sweet, old neighbour to take it in for me if DPD tries to deliver it in that hour window where I'm at the doctors. I am so excited, I've had a really bad couple of years so I needed a little happiness, and more frames makes me happy :D

Yeah their customer support has been great for me in the past when ordering stuff, however I feel its very disingenuous to not say anything publically about not stocking/taking pre-orders for the 5090 cards. Id much rather them say "sorry we weren't able to procure the amount of stock required to list them on our website" than me sit looking at the placeholder prices for 2 hours
