NVIDIA ‘Ampere’ 8nm Graphics Cards

They are adapting to the market quicker as AMD has them on the ropes. Now they can see what performance the AMD cards are providing, nvidia are adjusting their levels. They do this every gen except it seems to be months ahead this time but already mentioned why. If you take last gen, as soon as AMD came with the 5700XT, Supers were released which offered better value/performance.
 
Wow... 3060Ti prices locally to me range from £360 (MSI Ventus) to £525 (ASUS ROG Strix). That is an insane difference and the high-end is way too close to a 3080.

People are using various notification bots via Discord, etc. there area few posts on it.

Generally though the nVidia site stock is replenished around 2pm to 4pm but not every day and generally goes fast.

Nearly all the drops have been between 2pm and 4pm - but pretty random what days it happens - seems to be a 3-4 day gap between drops and around 8-9 days between bigger drops which last more than <5 minutes before out of stock.

The actual purchase of the FE cards goes through a competitor - for best chances you'll want to make sure you have an account there with payment details, etc. already entered and logged in so you get through the checkout process fastest.
 
Hi Guys, first time using these forums, so I have a pre-order for a 3070 and 5600x, according to somebody all back orders for the cpu will be fulfilled by the end of this month(I was 385 in line last Friday), anybody got a clue about the chances of me receiving the 3070 by the end of the year? 150th in queue for 3070, it’s a Ventus 2x, thanks for any info

If you sign up to telegram and discord then set alerts you should easily get a 3070 before xmas.

Id cancel that 3070 and either get the cheapest 3060Ti or the cheapest 3080.
