**Nvidia G-Sync owners thread**

Had my Swift for a while now, really enjoyed using it for gaming. Tearing be gone!

I was wondering though - is it supposed to show up as 'Ancor Communications' in the nvidia control panel?

I wouldn't mind joining the G-Sync club but the Swift is just retard money, Sorry but it is, For that price it better be giving me favours under the sheets.

The Acers have a horrid glossy frame going on and the AOC is just too small.

Wish BenQ would hurry up with their G-Sync version of the XL2720Z that was showcased in January and is already for sale in the states, The 24" version anyway.

It means nigh on £700 pound for a 1440P monitor, I know it has G-Sync but come on, I have the choice of getting this monitor but the price is just no.

Hopefully there'll be more soon so Asus will be forced to lower prices.

Well show me another 1440P 144Hz monitor? In fact, show me another 1440P that does 3D at 1440P? In fact, show me another 1440P monitor that does G-Sync...

I thought the price was high but when you see the feature set, you understand why and when you use one, the last thing you care about is the price, as you will be gaming like never seen before.

That 100%
Since getting the swift i've rarely been off the computer gaming (ok last two weeks don't count as i've been working, a lot - plus House was added to Netflix, binge time)

If and when Asus lower the price or OCUK do a killer deal then I shall happily join the owners club :) *Or I get insanely drunk and go on an OCUK shopping spree :p*

Although the upcoming BenQ 27" 144Hz G-sync is very tempting.

Agree with Greg - I justified paying what I did not because of gsync but for 2560x1440 144Hz goodness :D You would clearly be mad to pay 600+ for a 27" 1080p gsync monitor.

Gsync plays flawlessly with sli :)

The only issue it appears is the combo of sli+gsync+dsr isn't (literally) an option at the moment for what ever reason.

Biggest upgrade, in gaming quality, I've made since my first ssd.

The swift was around £615 not so long ago, prices are back up due to low supply again :)

I'm looking forward to the Acer but the only things I'm not fond of are the fact that it's got a glossy bezel, The Acer lettering is an eye sore and the red/orange ring at the bottom of the stand is made of cheap rubber but at least tearing will be a thing of the past :)

Does shadowplay work with G-Sync by chance ?
