**Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti Review Thread**

Like others have said, smart move by nvidia with regards to their pricing strategy and when you get over the initial omg TX performance for £560?! and think about it, the 980 TI is still expensive for what it is as the TX should have never been £800+ in the first place.

Imo, the 980ti should take the current 980 pricing model of about £400/450 and as a result the 980 should drop to £300/350

Then they'd kill 970 sales, nvidia got it spot on. :)

Overclockers cancelled my MSI order within 10 minutes of me requesting the cancellation, i have now just pre ordered the EVGA Hybrid.

Thanks OCers for being so speedy! now the waiting game begins for the ETA on the hybrid :D

Everyone complaining about the 980 price must have forgotten the £399 locked price on the 980 SOC OCUK had for a good while? That was ages ago too.

I'm sorely tempted, but the voice of reason is telling me to see how 390X compares. I don't even NEED to upgrade really...

I kinda want a hydro copper.. But then I also want a Classy for the overclocking capability.

Decisions. Can you put waterblocks on Classified designs? Could do that further down the road I suppose.

I'll wait a few weeks.

This is me too. I'm only at 1080 and my oc'd 280x is fine for the games I play. Might consider throwing in another 280x to Xfire when the 390x hits as the 280x prices will drop more. 280x xfire is a pretty decent setup for not much money.

Here is me with a 970 on a 144Hz 1080p screen... I know I should be relatively happy with what I have, but am starting to wanting to max out my refresh rate all the time.... must resist the 980Ti haha.
