Anyone know if the Gigabyte G1 is the same as the reference cards? Just wondering if the EK-FC Titan X block will fit it...

I cant seem to go back to either 347.88 or 350.12 saying graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware

The 980ti isnt listed in the ini's.. you will have to mod the driver which should be possible considering they work on a Titan X.. go have a look at laptopvideo2go ..they might have a proper modded ini for those drivers

Hey Kaap, you still waiting for that 980 Ti Gaming edition? How do you think a Twin Frozr would compare to a G1. And what are your thoughts on AMD's Fury line-up, seems who knows NVIDIA may drop prices across the board if the perfomance really is good.

Its a moot point in my case as I've also ordered a pair of Zotacs on special, if they checkout and do more than 1400 and quiet I'll be cancelling my msi order

Sweet, an ETA is just that and the other shop from bolton couldn't deliver on their Friday 19th ETA and moved it to 23rd. I would rather have a realistic date set back and get a nice surprise earlier opposed to getting my hopes up with optimistic ETA's.

From what I have seen so far the G1 is the card to go for.

I don't think this will change until we see EVGA Classified or MSI Lightning editions.

I have also seen pics of a HOF card that is designed for extreme benching but I think all these cards will cost more than the Gigabyte G1.

How about the Evga Hybrids?

CS are now telling me they have no idea when the stock for my Hybrid is going to arrive...

I was supposedly 2nd inline, 5 came in stock, then amazon orders knocked me down queue.

Now I have no idea when my order is being fulfilled, despite ordering on 1 Jun, 15, 2:25 pm.

I moved my lunch break that day to be ready to pounce when the cards went up and was refreshing the page until the hybrid was posted.

It must have only been mins between it going up and me ordering...

... that was 3 weeks ago!

I'm in the same boat, although I didn't order mine until the 4th June, I'm now feeling it's unlikely I'll be getting my card this month.

I'm going to wait until the 26th and then start looking to order from somewhere else, or buy another model.
