Hi Guys, I am so sorry that our launch yesterday was a disaster. From a business perspective, yes we wanted to sell more cards, but also from a love to community perspective, our original intention was hoping to let our fans knows first hand information when and where they could have access to our products that they have been waiting for. We could have just not announce any information prior and simply ship the cards to our channel partners which they would have been sold out in seconds anyway. As far as the launch Qty not being enough, we did our best we could trying to bring in products as fast as we could. But the supply was simply not enough for the first few weeks. So the decision we had to make was to send out what we had first or to keep them at our warehouse for a month until we have accumulate enough qty ( which I don’t know what’s enough qty and what’s not enough qty for lanuch). For those of you that’s wondering about our launch qty yesterday, I don’t mind sharing here, it was around 190pcs. We even had 6 Newegg MIS people to manually monitoring the buyers during launch to avoid bot buying. And it was still sold out in 16 seconds. Anyway, again I apologize for what happened yesterday and we will try our best to serve the community as much as we could.
PS : what is a good launch qty from you guys perspective ? And what if we simply don’t have enough qty in the beginning, do you guys still prefer us notifying community about the launch ? We have another launch coming up in a week and it’s too late for us to pull it out now, the first batch launch qty is 200pcs."
