The prime competitor does exactly this, because they care about customers. OCUK only wants your money nothing else.

Make sure you go and leave a review stating exactly this. People deserve to know how customers are treated
 
I'd love to know where my shipping email went, Gigabyte Gaming OC that apparently arrived 3-4 days ago in very large number, confirmed by giga-man to have been more than enough to get my order fulfilled (53rd), yet only 35 seem have gone out yesterday? I'm praying now that they ran out of time shipping them out but also looking at the clock it's heading quickly towards them closing for the day, and still no email :(

@GIGA-Man any chance of an update, you'd think OcUk would want to get these out ASAP?

I was about to cancel both my TUF 3080 and 5900X order when I saw the Zotac and thought one more roll of the dice. Ordered and 10+ were showing, payment cleared and 10+ were still showing. Not long after that showed nothing. No idea if I'll get one but I'm definitely giving up on the TUF. 5900X I suspect I'll be cancelling after tomorrows update and if the Zotac gambit has failed then I'm out. Will have the cash back for Christmas and see where things lie next year when there is actual stock and normalised pricing.

Result, the dice throw was worth it, its shipped. My gripes with Overclockers have primarily been how hard it is to get an eta (limited online account management) and of course the pre-payment is tricky when you are in to months wait but its Asus who has lost my business in the end. Will be very, very wary of choosing an Asus GPU in the future when I don't want all the bells and whistles that they clearly make their margin on. Not that the TUF OC supply seems to have been stellar either...

No those are separate orders, the OK amount is next week and this week is 16pc? Unless I am reading it wrong

Nothing new happens a lot here, Certain amount reported as come in, some seem to get siphoned elsewhere and a lower amount shipped to Customers.
