Position 33 in the queue, still have one for the mrs that is position 42 and not shipped yet

Sad that no Palit 3080 non-OC is going to be shipped this week. I'll give OCUK a couple of weeks to get and ship Palit cards before I decide to whether to keep the order or cancel it.

I just missed out on a MSI RTX 3080 Trio X...had it in the basket then the crashed, and they were sold before I could try again. Gutted.

50th in the Queue but so sick of waiting with absolutely no comms from OC.

I've seen EVGA Geforce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra sitting in stock on a competitors webpage and its so hard kit to click buy...there's been 7 of them there all day and I can't believe they're not gone already!

Getting bit tired of people saying no info. We got a massive list of expected incoming deliveries like 2 days ago. If your card isnt on it they aren't expecting a delivery. Theres your update

I think our definition of an update has different meanings...
I ordered one day one, so far I've had one emails each week to position updates, one and email regarding a single delivery.

Forgive me for thinking that's unacceptable in a 2 month period. If you think this is OK then you've got a few things to learn about customer service, and it would seem you're right at home shopping at OC.

Why, as a customer who paid in full 2 months ago, should I need to come here and search for info on my expected, or lack of, delivery dates?

OC should be sending me this info or at least the date they expect to know more i.e. in 2 weeks we'll have an update regarding the next delivery and volumes.

Their current practice is a farce.

If this is the case then I'm even more worried, as allegedly 35 shipped yesterday... AS you;re 33rd, surely yours was one from the prior shipment, if not then where the smeg did the other cards go? Gigaman all but promised enough to fulfil 60+ orders, yet only 30-35 have shipped :(

Ive got the same card on order, im only queue position 28 so with any luck Im hoping to get it in whatever next delivery they get.

What queue position are you currently?

I have also been in the Palit line since launch day. Im not defending the massive overselling thats gone on. To begin with the customer information going out was wayy too low, it has improved. I just don't think it's worth receiving fluff updates when there is no info to give us? You are getting a weekly number of exactly where you are in line.

The list provided states every card they expected to receive before the end of next week. This is now in line with the competitor who everyone was previously praising.

My one gripe if I had one is they should be offering excess stock to customers currently in line rather than selling them at an inflated price.

I think you will be fine. Position 37 just put a Reddit post up saying theirs had shipped. I reckon you will get an e-mail SOON.

I get that throwing my 2 pence in this 1100+ page long thread won't do much, but it'll make me feel better.

I understand this is largely not OCUK's fault, but after being in a queue for the Zotac Trinity non-OC for almost 2 months now, I believe only those 15 mentioned in the other thread were ever shipped. I imagine any other queue movements have been down to people cancelling. I understand that, supposedly, it's Zotac's (and other AIBs') fault that the non-OC volumes are as they are, since they prefer making and shipping the more expensive OC counter-parts, but it's starting to feel like a ****-take, with pretty much 0 updates on some AIBs and no end in sight.

Where I do feel a bit shafted by OCUK, however, is in line with what others have mentioned: I'm 70-something in a queue for the non-OC, yet OC ones arrived today and there were more of them than the pre-orders. These were gone in a matter of minutes, with no real chance for people who've had good money stuck with OCUK for months now to snag one. So now I'm stuck in a bit of a limbo, where I don't really want to lose my queue position on this card by trying to guess what queues are like for others (as an aside, I even additionally pre-ordered one of the MSI models Gibbo announced a "very large" shipment of the other week, soon after he had, only to discover the queue was 1400+ and subsequently cancelling).

Now, the tiny conspiracy theorist in me would potentially also point out that OCUK might not have a lot of incentive to push for non-OC cards, as the OC counterpart for that Trinity is considerably more expensive than the non-OC—£100 from what I paid for it on launch, £60 today. However, I will try to continue to assume they are trying to do right by their customers.

I appreciate the updates on the forums, where possible, that OCUK are doing, as most other UK stores offer 0 communication. I hope you can also understand my frustration as I now have over £1500 in pre-orders sitting with OCUK across the 3080, Zen3 (which are now increasingly ridiculously delayed somehow) and a screen that's supposed to ship W4 of Nov (though I'm sadly doubting that one quite a bit as well), and I'm sure many others are in the same boat.

But that doesn't make your false claims a reality, there's a million things going on that could influence the numbers ;)
It doesn't bode well when the Gigabyte Rep confirms that more units have shipped to OCUK and have not been received by customers since launch and now all of a sudden we are seeing the cards land when Gigaman has been providing the updates. People are going to speculate and rightly so...
