This is the thing. Leaving customers out on their own when there’s an issue is really poor. Keeping 1 or 2 from initial stock I would have expected to be the norm. Nobody should have to wait even longer through no fault of their own after already waiting months for their purchase. Granted if msi issue is a big one and created lots of RMAs for ocuk then that’s different but for the odd one they should have that covered. Assuming the card actually works and it’s cosmetic then an “ok we will replace when we can” would have been a start. They may even be able to get the broken part as a spare from msi. It doesn’t seem like they care though and that’s disappointing for everybody either with a card from ocuk or even waiting in a queue. No idea what he's talking about when saying what does someone with a faulty card expect?
Certainly not to go to the back of the queue for a start! No one is asking OCUK to send invisible stock, but to want to RMA the card for a different one and to have to wait as if it's a new purchase through no fault of my own, due to MSIs shoddy backplates, is unfair.
