*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

I only ordered my Eagle at the end of last week. I'm guessing about 2000+ in the queue since I haven't heard and I'm so far back that OC'ers won't tell me until there's at least some movement with the Eagles.

I'm really hoping that since there's been such a delay with them that a decent amount arrive at once. Obviously I'm not holding my breath for mine but it would be good just to get the queue moving a bit.

That's the thing, i ordered mine at 15:20 on day of release so i bet that queue is monstrous by now. If the queue was at least moving it would be a major improvement

I don't think we're a moment away from the floodgates opening, but at some point the production should come up to normal scale and each week will see loads. Hopefully that's soone

Yeah thats what I was thinking too. I think once they start shipping it'll be fairly constant. It may not be vast amounts in each shipment but that trickle will start becoming more of a stream.

I think we know its easily over 2000 now but it would be interesting to know how many people cancel their orders or swap to a different card which they think they may get sooner. Probably a fair few. 2000+ is a heck of a lot of pre-ordered Eagles to be delivered though.

Hi, I ordered an inno3D 3080 x4 on the 17th of September, I’m currently 24th in line for one. Considering I’m such a low number in the line, I’m assuming they haven’t received any at all since “release” I’ve not even seen the card name come up at all in the official updates. I have however noticed that a few scalpers on eBay have obtained some in France and Germany, so I am hoping that it won’t be too much longer. Anyone heard anything else about these cards?
Large shipment later this week/next week so hopefully it's a good amount!

Will be interesting to see how many disappear from here at the end of the month when the 3070 is released

I'm not sure where the 3070 sits with people though. It does seem like the 3080 sits in quite a nice sweet spot for most people when its comes to price versus performance. Even with the success of the 3090 you can see that a surprising amount of people will find extra cash from somewhere when it comes to high end graphics cards.

I guess it depends on what people already have? For example, i have a 960 atm so the 3080 is definitely a big upgrade for me; however, i wouldn't jump to a 3070 if i had a 2080TI (i'm open to being wrong about this of course!)

Oh baby! A large shipment of inno3d end of this week early next week! I am so excited :D

As had to be pointed out to me earlier its worth noting that the shipment is leaving Inno3D end of this week/early next week, and the "ETA will be before end of this month". Which is still great, but, not as immediate as I at least first read it as.

Isn't the 3070 a 3080 with a little less memory? I have a 1070 so it would be a major improvement for me

Good point. I got overexcited haha. Still though now that I know they are en route I can chill a bit :)

It is yeah and the 3080 is just a 3090 with a little less memory. I'm upgrading from a 1080 and to be honest the 3070 would probably have done me fine. I'm happy I went with the 3080 though even if there's a big wait.

I don't even have an Inno3D card on order and misread it the same way in excitement the first time I saw it. Just the fact that non-insignificant amounts of stock are finally being mentioned is a nice change. I'm tired of all the "very small" batches of 3-5 cards, news of numbers in the closer to 100 range is much more satisfying.
