It's worth noting that originally they said after stock ships, but I think for some people stock movement was so slow that people were having no updates and getting mad. The last update for everyone seems to be a weekly update that everyone got, I was there on the forums as it happened and the thread jump 4-5 pages immediately with people giving updates, and some people literally moving 0 places, which suggests they moved from a "update when new stock comes in" to "update weekly" instead.

People with literally no updates are in the minority which makes me think it's more likely to either be a bug and you're really unlucky. Or that it's something like anti spam catching the email and deleting it.

Well the Zen 3 announcement was a month before release so its probably reasonable to expect the same.

Either way if you're missing an email update then either it's an anti spam thing removing it or blocking it in your inbox, or it's a bug with their system. If it's a bug then fair enough, that's lame you didn't get your update and you have a right to be mad. But it's not indicative of a general lack of updates for everyone. Most people are getting queue updates now.

I don't know where they said that.

What I seen in their post is that there will be a weekly update but it will be based on the cards that were shipped out.

So if not a single card was shipped of the same type card you have ordered this week, or next week, or for amonth, then you will NOT get update this week, next week or for a month.

They said we only get update when your queue number is changed because they shipped some cards of the same type.
