The chap who asked the question is a regular on the 3080 threads and should know the score. You can take the job of answering the fine people asking for updates here every few days when we have zero information then as it is getting tedious now...

I’m not sure that is happening with these guys. You can’t buy from them, there is no waiting list and they are transparent as to why. From a business perspective I can understand why they would allocate the cards in this way. Especially if prebuilds have significant margin impacts for the business as a whole.

Well guys its been fun but im out.... i was 95th for the Zotac Trinity non OC.
I wanted to wait but im really struggling for cash this month i'll now wait till next year and most prob try and snag a 3080 20GB card or any 3080 when stock is available.
PS5 is more or less a month away and i'll use that till end of the year, God bless and best of luck.

The other interesting fact of the day is that a certain competitor who has a table indicating future deliveries has virtually nothing coming in right up until the end of October.
 
Just ordered my "2nd" attempt at trying to get a ROG 3080 strix OC - from a smaller pc building site thats also stocking the card and apparently in mid-late Novembers's batch im 13th in queue over there so i might actually get it sooner than my current order here.... which was placed on 17th sept. (i made this new order today) For those interested
 
I'm currently in position 47 for the Zotac Trinity. Our lord and saviour said that OC are expecting an 'OK amount' stock delivery some time this week. Fingers crossed there will be at least 47 cards! Does anyone have any idea how large an 'OK amount' is?
