As much as I hope I am wrong, I have a strange feeling that AMD will be the exact same.

Just look at their CPU's and them also being just as bad, being bought up by scalpers and so on.

Honestly i've never seen a launch as bad as this year has been with consoles/cpus/gpus being totally bought up in seconds.

But yeah I do hope I am wrong, but if AMD has brought their A Game I see no reason why they wont sell out in seconds sadly

My bad, my numbers were off by ~5 cards then. Instead of "hasn't received a single TUF non-OC" I should have written "has received a number of TUF non-OC in the low-single-digit range".
Doesn't really change my point, but fair is fair.

Managed to snag an Asus Strix OC 3090 this morning elsewhere, so im going to cancel my Strix 3080 Non OC (200ish ish the que)......god only knows when that would actually turn up ha

which imo confirms the points that ASUS are categorically making less non-OC's

It's also crap, my sister's bf bought an OCUK prebuilt and it came with normal retail box for the GPU...

You will probably find that there is no barcode on the back of the box if it is OEM

Position 1, is as good as 400 if they are almost non existent.

@ASUS GPU Support Any update on the Asus Strix non-oc 3080? I'm currently 339 in the queue, am I likely to get one this side of christmas? Currently rocking a 660 so kinda need a upgrade :'D

Sorry to say I doubt it but it will be one hell of an upgrade once it does. I hope you have bought a new monitor for it (assuming you are running 1080p 60hz or less on a 660)

I do 3D work which requires a lot of GPU power. Might buy a 1000 watt power supply and use both.

Cancelled - EVGA 3080 FTW3 - Pos 5. Got an FE elsewhere, don't want OC to have my money. Appalling experience from start to finish, will be avoiding like the plague for future pre-orders. Best of luck to you all!
