Cancelled my TUF OC 3090, was 24 in the queue. I cannot justify 1600 for a GPU when I can get the RX 6900 XT for 1/3 less for pretty much the same performance. Or get the 6900 XT and Ryzen 5900X and a motherboard for the same price which ill be doing, its absolutely insane when you put it in like that.
Also it's pretty obvious within the next 6 months there will be a 12 or 16gb 3090 for £900 -£1000 amd making the 24gb for only gaming an even more crazy thing.

I have been thinking about this to but i really think AMD are going to suffer the same fate as Nvidia with stock problems. Just look how fast Zen 3 sold out.

At this point looks like the Strix 3090 orders only come into OverClockers every 2 weeks.

Hoping that next batch of Strix OC being 75 or more then am sure most of us will be happy to see ramp up in numbers of it being coming in. Also it might be on the ship already, let's see what next week news brings for us. Lockdown in England sure isn't helping much as think it will also slow down the hand over processing. All we can do is wait and see what comes. Pretty much like waiting for one bus then 10 turn up.

I want a 3090 Strix OC, I'm not going to pay more for a lesser card just because I can have it now.
Especially since I bought the Ventus OC for a friend last week for £200 cheaper than that elsewhere.
I guess the reason they are still in stock is because very few people are going to pay way over msrp prices for those cards.

So what do people think will happen? A slow trickle of the top end GPU’s until a 3080ti is released and manufacturers will just start forgetting about the 3090 and those high in the queue may never see one.
Or will manufacturing actually pick up and we will see a bulk load come in at some point in the hopefully not so distant future.
Literally my options are stay in the queue for Strix or pay more for a budget GPU that I can get today. This totally blows

Eventually cancelled my preorder of Strix 3090 of today. Was 380 in the queue. I’m going to get a MSI 3090 gaming x trio from the competitor, since they get stock come in every week and I think I should receive the card very soon.
