I think it’s because one of the reasons OverClockers gave us to keep our money and stay in the queue was that we would only pay the price we pre ordered at.
Which would be bull**** if they never changed prices.
It’s just making more of us stay in the queue because why would you pay more for a more “budget” card.
I put budget in quotation marks because no 3090 is budget.

It's absolutely ridiculous... I'm so glad I got one elsewhere at the proper price and cancelled my OCUK order.
No wonder they are still in stock, at those prices... but somebody may eventually buy them, sadly.

OCUK won't be the first place I look for new stuff, that's for sure.

I ordered from overclockers because when I looked at prices the day before on OC as we all know they were like £50 cheaper and that changed as prices on competitors stayed the same.
So I thought why is it £50 more on this competitor site ? So I favourite the overclockers page ready for the f5 spam on launch only after did I realise the price change so may as well f5 spammed the competitor.

Is this legal that we pay for cards and waiting in queue and there are stock for same card which cost more and they dont give us actually same product because they changed price??

No one is waiting for them cards you plum...that’s why they are for sale it’s not the SAME card...so go to your lawyer I just hope he can understands your “Simplz ENgriSH” but I can tell you now with my seconds of legal education.
You don’t have a case.
Actually please get a refund for your card to hire a SOLICITOR (we are in UK after all).

So what happen now? They will recieve 30 cards and they send us 5 and 25 will leave in stock for highier price? Thatas no way that is legal 9:30 lawer opens office so i let u know if u was right.. if that is legal that was last time i did preorder something online

It’s a shop it can charge what it likes that’s why it’s called rrp RECOMMENDED retail price.
They don’t have to listen to the recommendation.
 
I see product in stock which i did buy 40 days ago and i still waiting for it if they dont want send it to me thats not legal and if lawyer will tell me thats legal i will cancel it and buy for highier price fak them
