*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Ok lets be honest it seems that the strix 3090 oc has gone completely silent, no deliverys for roughly 2 weeks. I need a few opinions, im position 123 on last check. I do not have the money to buy without first cancelling here. When do you think the new Nvidia card will be available, mayb I should just cancel and wait for that card, or try and find a 3090 from elsewhere. At the minute im waiting for christmas and if no further news to cancel, you think thats a gd plan guys?

wasn’t sure, maybe ASUS is updating their design/stricter testing due to noises that it’s making. Other site state last week delivery being delayed and still expecting other delivery this week while Strix being included. Not sure how it’s being delivered this time as by sea or air. As if by sea then it should be lump sum.

I’m now at 18, looking at gpu prices many places are pushing price up. Couple of site asking 1800 for Strix OC so it goes down to what you really want. I want Strix, nothing else will do so that’s my choice and happy to wait. If I was open I would have gone toward FE over any other cards apart Strix. Brought GTX 1660 super to tide me over.

Aren't those Zotac trinitys supposed to be the worst AIB RTX card?

Those are the ones with 5 x poscaps and 1 x mlcc if I remember correctly.

My 3090 isnt exactly boutique, Gainward Phoenix GS (same card as PNY OC) with 4 x poscaps and 2 x mlcc but at least that's the same layout as a founders.

Edit: Zotac 3080 has 6 x poscaps, their 3090 possibly does as well but my googlefu is weak.

Does product stock on these update in real time? I bought one of these cards last week with next day delivery just because the store showed there was stock. However, checking my order page today shows the card unsent, and checking the 3090 store page shows it available to pre-order rather than in stock. If I shelled out for one of these cards just to be thrown into another queue, I need to know if I should cancel and if I should bother trying to pick up the remaining model showing stock (the KFA2 model).

@ASUS GPU Support Please inform us how the stock situation is looking, weve all been waiting for a long time, we paid for the card 2 and gd half months ago now and we see other people enjoying there cards which have not pre ordered. This is completely backwards so id like to know when we will see ours? Honesty is always the best policy, thankyou

If you went for free delivery, that will take about a week. Even courier delivery is delayed (it states it on their site).

I'm not counting on anything until I get that despatch email, but I'm not in a rush like most people.

DPD, arriving tomorrow ;) apparently. Now, there was no where I could get a block for it, apart from here, ordered at the same time, and still nothing from OCUK about dispatch?, despite paying for next day delivery, still, one is no good without the other, but shocking service. No updates, nothing, although...

IMPORTANT:
Please note, these are unprecedented times and we are experiencing some delays with system builds and dispatching orders while applying sensible working practices.
We are working to serve as many customers as possible and to ship orders as quickly as possible but there might be a delay to your order.

System builds, yup ;)

Just to let guys know, I've filled a cancelation form on the Asus Strix 3090 Non - OC

I know it does not mean much but I'm 2nd in the queue so pretty much everyone waiting for Non - OC ver should move down once the cancelation goes though

Asus really messed up with the slow production build-up but worse still prioritizing OC Versions first, so I've ordered a 3090 Vision OC on Overclockers since it says there in stock and its a beautiful card, well to me anyway :p:p Happy 3090 Hunting

I'm 260 in the queue for 3090 Strix OC and just got a delivery.

....of the EK waterblock, not the card :(

Are OC taking the p### with their latest prices of in stock cards? Absolutely ****** disgusting. Not buying from these lot ever again.

I sent a webnote 10 days ago roughly to OCUK asking politely about my order, ive heard nothing back. I dont care if this is Asus`s or Nvidia`s fault you just do not treat your customers this way. This whole episode has been terrible. Were nearly touching 3 months!! and all they have got is 50 cards, I feel a complete idiot putting my trust and money into this company. If this does not soon change ill spend a lot of my time putting this comapny down to my friends and whoever else will listen

Worst is that they don't give a flying rats a** about us lot having a moan, they know they won't go out of business so why should they care EVEN if competitors comms are shiny and full of nice comforting information....
