Nope mine only has 2 x 8pin but clocks like a beast. Hitting 2.2ghz in benches and for normal gaming i keep it just over 2.1ghz, i am watercooled though so helps keep temps below 50c.All the cards in stock have just 2 8-pin power phases aren't these the ones people advised to stay away from???

FFS whats this morbid obsession with Asus? Damn. There are other brands in stock. Buy them and stop banging your heads on virtual brick walls.
If it ain’t broke?True, and this year they are using that GPU cooler with EVERY 30 series card. Seems lazy..
Palit gamingWhat card do you have?
If it ain’t broke?
I couldn’t tell you what a GPU cooler sounds like, I’ve been going under water since 2003Unfortunately some are broken like mine , currently awaiting an RMA replacement on mine due to the buzzing fan issue some seem to suffer which apparently effects the 3070/3080/3090 strix models https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?121271-Strix-RTX-3090-Fan-vibration-issues
BUT issues aside once its fixed it should be a good cooler
Yes it is as their capacitors used aren't cheap and cutting corners... go do the research buddyLoL. Carry on getting frustrated waiting then.
Is the Asus Strix that much better than the Msi orGigabyte? You guys will be waiting for months.

If I could find another card for the same 650 price point I'd happily jump to a different card. All other cards are now 750 quid or more.FFS whats this morbid obsession with Asus? Damn. There are other brands in stock. Buy them and stop banging your heads on virtual brick walls.
OK guys, my first post. After reading a good bit of this forum there seems little hope of getting my Strix 3090 OC this side of Easter (not sure which year ). Queue position is 320 and OC are obviously not receiving ANY of these boards.
My understanding is that the Strix OC is the fastest out of the box and has a near 500W power limit. None of the other cards seem to come close. What I haven't been able to work out is whether NVidia are putting the best silicon in their own FE card and so would overclock well on water.
Card will have a waterblock front (probably EK) and back(MP5 that I just received), so can anyone suggest an alternative that may be available elsewhere (), with all MLCCs, that they've overclocked to at least 2000MHz on water.
If I'm paying this much it seems senseless to accept anything other than the fastest card (use will be FS2020 and DCS World in VR on a Reverb G2 that I received this week). Current card is Gigabyte Aorus 2080ti with EK Vector waterblock.
