*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

The fact that we are here discussing the minuscule things such as the delivery method used by ASUS or cryptic hints within Admins messages goes to show how poor the messaging is from ASUS’s side.

I really get ****** off when I see them tweeting about promotions etc. Acting like they don’t have thousands of customers who paid upfront for a product and there has been no gratitude shown for the patience we have shown them so far.

Instead they direct people to their Facebook where the admin liberally bans people for asking an ETA. His reply was “clean this up before you are removed from the group”. and deleted it right after.

My suggestion is instead of blaming retailers such as OCUK or other ones we should keep chasing ASUS (I doubt it will help though). EVGA, MSI and Gigabyte have some of the best customer service I should have stuck with MSI. You live and you learn I guess.

A message he posted on a forum for PC gaming enthusiasts shortly before the murders was later read aloud in court.

@Cooper1987 @Gypsum Fantastic LOL sorry but I had to rant and let some steam off, I can feel the frustration each person on this website and others are going through. :)
I don’t know about everyone else but I’m feeling it so completely understand.
Internally and sometimes externally on here I’ve blamed everyone from myself, for giving money up for a item I knew was a pre order. (Something I’ve never done before as A****n don’t take money till dispatch)
I’ve blamed OC for lack of transparency.
(Something I’m sure they can’t actually help as I’m sure they know as much as us.)
I’ve also blamed Asus for let’s face it a paper release.

position 348 for a strix oc :(

and you shouldn’t even be there you cheater. Fancy swapping your.3080 order and you got to keep the same place in the queue and leap frogged over all the people who ordered in the 4 days before you. If I was you I would be embarrassed to continually post where you are in the queue. Disgusting of ocuk customer service. And you aren’t even sorry and you haven’t apologised once.

@Gypsum Fantastic whats worse is I go back to work on the 1st of November, which means I won’t even have the time or I’ll be too tired each day to be bothered to play anything.

hopefully we hear something this week as a German reviewer has gotten a RTX 3090 Strix OC today.
I’m just hoping it comes before cyberpunk.
I’m still rocking my 7700k see no point replacing right now as Zen3 and Rocket lake on the verge.
So will be held back by cpu but never mind.
Will be playing on my 4K 120hz monitor so hopefully not to much bottleneck at 4k

I have no idea what an "Ok amount" means. Gibbo said "Less than 50 is small, more than 50 is average, more than 100 is big and more than 1000 is a dream."
Using that we can infer that very small is less than 20, but what does "OK amount" means?

The other thing I found curious is that for last week's MSI shipment we had solid numbers like 30, yet for this week we have a vague phrase. If OCUK were not allowed to give exact figures then how come we had that last week?

Ok amount is probably because even if it was a “good” amount it still wouldn’t be enough to fulfil preorders.. and if you say 30 as a example and someone has a waiting queue number of 100 they may cancel order or find a unicorn delivery elsewhere.
A “good” or “ok” amount keeps us hanging on as long as possible whilst they can not be accused of giving NO information...because they have

MSI Ventus 3090 coming in today apparently. I have one ordered since literally no one queuing for this card according to spreadsheet. Don’t know if anyone else wants to hedge their bets and order one too? I reckon it’s worth a try. I have three 3090s on order now (two here at OC, one with another retailer). It’s all about which one comes first. Thank heavens for credit cards!
