Can you confirm that my order will be dispatched to me from the stock that arrives in November? I don't want to be in the same boat again, come November.

Yes we have enough due in November to cover all back orders, on the basis Inno3D don't have any issues.

Apologies for posting again. Is there any way of knowing if mine will be one of the 10 you are expecting today? And if it isn't, what is the expected wait to get it?

I'm really anxious about having this up in limbo for too long as it's a lot of money.

10 due today, we would hope to get another 10 next week and then another 10 following week which would clear of all the back orders.
 
So after 3 days I finally get the "sorry, we don't actually have any stock of the card you've purchased, not expecting any till mid November but we have taken your money" which is absolutely not going to work as I need a GPU ASAP.

@Gibbo Is there any chance of swapping this to a card you have stock of or will have stock of soon? It was a Zotac Trinity placed at a minute past 3pm.

I thought you were getting a refund and leaving a negative review everywhere?
I am willing to try and help you out, but please decide what it is you want to do as if your going to just **** OcUK off I am less willing to help out to be bluntly honest if your just going to do as per one of your previous post in this thread.

If you want a Trinity OC (assuming it was a Trinity you ordered I can see if I can sort that for you or get one of the sales guys, let me know. :)
 
I just received the dreaded email. Can’t believe I have to wait another 4 weeks

I ordered a zotac trinity non OC. How do I know I’ll definitely get one in November?

Are there any coming in before that I can get instead?

We can offer an upgrade to the OC if you ordered a regular Trinity?

I know of the delay due to fan issue's on initial release.
I ordered one and am happy to wait.

They are due to arrive with us end of month and enough to cover all the back orders we have, so yours will ship. :)

Do you know if the 10 shipment emails went out yet please? Not had anything through yet, so starting to think the worst :-(

Yes all the MSI Gaming X have shipped I am afraid, there is now 15 orders left remaining, which one must be yours. Assuming your surname is Mills, your position no.14 so unfortunately nearly last in the queue.

We would hope MSI will get those 15 cards to us within the next couple of weeks fingers crossed.

I am not doing queue positions sorry otherwise I won't find time in the day to eat or ever sleep.

There is only 15 to go, chances are the next delivery when it comes will be 10-20 units anyway so they will all clear in one go. :)

Please do you know if you are still expecting shipment of more stock this week? I've had an email through saying I'm now 11th in the queue and to expect the delay up till mid November? Which one is it, this week or a month from now?

No updates yet on MSI shipments I am afraid, bit too early yet, will hopefully find out more tomorrow.

I have made a Pre order on the first day launching the 4090
The order was ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition Graphics Card and paid in full by credit card
The transaction was successful and the order status was ORDERED.
Suddenly yesterday the order status changed to UNDEFINED ....????
What does this mean ? knowing that i had a confirmation e-mail and i didn`t mind waiting.

Anyone who has a status saying undefined I’m not sure what it means.

Please contact customer service either via section on forum or by calling sales.

Did you use Amazon Pay?
