Really like the EVGA offerings I must say. Is the 1070 going to be available in these varieties also (SC, FTW, Classified) and around the same time, or are we talking July for those?

Hi

Usually it is the same kind of time frame after launch for the own varieties of cards. For GTX970 we don't usually offer a Classified here this is just for the top of the range but SC and FTW for sure.

Cool. The 1070 FTW would be my choice anyway, just waiting on benchmarks and how the 1070 compares to the 980Ti. Coming from a 980 I am hoping for a noticeable bump, but we shall see. Will the 1070 FTW feature the same RGB lighting as the 1080 FTW does?

They normally do reference and aftermarket on the x70's, but not classified or kingpin

got mine this morning 10am

love DPD.

Couple of things ive seen.

Card on doom 2k gfx runs with everything ultra/nightmare running around 78-82c

had some gltiches in windows with scrolling chrome - reinstalled drivers again not happened since.

fan is noticeible but nothing majour.

Doom has crahsed 3 times but since been fine.

Mine is now Order In process

Got my GTX780 on ebay which ends next Saturday, really hope i get it before then or i might need to cancel the sale :/

I am now officially concerned. I am hearing that the EVGA FTW will not have an EK waterblock, and this has something to do with EVGA and their hydrocopper/hybrid cards, basically wanting people to buy these instead?!

Is this true?

If so I need to know quickly so I can change my preorder to an MSI Gaming X or STRIX or something similar....

All advice and thoughts welcomed!

You might have to. Ben from EVGA has said this....

always seems to be the best card for the money, most times beating out even classified cards
