Amazing how a simple statement can be twisted like this at will.

Pathetic. Yet another thread that looks like an Nvidia crèche

Really Humbug

It was an interesting article that was only put up yesterday, if this had of been about AMD hardware you wouldn't of said a word.

I never picked you for sinking so low into the gutter, i really didn't.

I though you were better than that.

Have fun children.

Oh and jh30uk. please don't send me anymore of those Email's, if you can't talk to me here inside the boundaries of forum rules i do not want you contacting me at all.

@ humbug, See you really do not know you are the problem and blame others, take the advise I gave you by PM and I take your advise to me in one of your last threads now by setting to ignore.

I should have taken other peeps advise to do so sooner.

Lithium works wonders BTW.

Some of u guys are really childish at times.. if u dont like wot somebody says just ignore it instead of typing some stupid little comment coupled with a picture that were all supposed to laugh at?

Another topic almost ruined by the usual AMD/Nvidia fanboy wars

No wonder i hardly post much around here anymore.

Its about time OCuK had seperate AMD and Nvidia sections like Guru3D have.

"were" or do you mean "we are" and who is this "we are" you talk about because I do not speak for others here?

Topic was fine till hummy cried about it as usual.

Only thing I agree with is separate sections but many here would still spam/troll the Nvidia section daily.

I do not care if you post or not, saves reading BS and seeing little rolleyes.

No i believe he asked why it was news as they have been doing this stuff for awhile. If that's true or not i don't know. Why not just answer his question? Anyhow the thread is fine by me and i believe some of this was talked about at the Nvidia conference on stage.

Now I understand why I think everyone who owns an Audi is a tool. :D

I love how someone in a VW with a different badge suddenly think they are a "success". They actually have that air of superiority, just like Nvidia GPU owners, while in reality everyone else just rolls their eyes and thinks "tool",

Intel used to make circuit boards for traffic lights lol. That's how they started out iirc.

AMD tried but the traffic lights kept trying to take off with the delta fans inside them.

The second bit may or may not be true.

See, when you say things like that you just sound like a peasant lol :D. Who on earth would think they were a success on the basis they own an a4?

Lol, that's my point. It's the same with people who think Nvidia are superior based on nothing but a brand name perception. The kind of people who believe that brand = status generally tend to be tools.

Must admit, I'm still torn on driverless cars. I'm sure they'll be statistically safer but I like being in control plus I really enjoy driving. :( I guess there will be recreational driving available somewhere after we're all banned from public roads but it's just not the same!

I look forward to the days of self-driving cars and it seems that we are edging ever closer with each passing year, it would be surprising if we don't have basic driverless cars in the mainstream within the next 10 years. Major tech companies, most notably Google, are ploughing lots of money into this new era of driving and the beauty of it is that there are very few disadvantages to it - the number of accidents will decrease significantly thereby reducing the costs associated with clean up and insurance.

I dont think anoyone is silly enough to think owning either vendors gpu makes them superior and same with cars, You would be a fool to think it makes you it and a fool to think others think like that

I agree. Those self-driving cars in Nevada just seem weird.
