Never! (at this rate) I'd like a 3080 but probably easier to get a 3090 at this point. Just not sure my wallet would be thrilled.

I'm in the same position, the 3070 wouldn't be a huge upgrade over the 2080 I currently have so really want a 3080, possibly even buying a prebuilt system would be easier atm.

Yeah I recently got a new monitor and my 2080 isn't pushing the pixels the way I wish it would. The 3080 would be a nice jump and obviously the 3090 would be a brilliant jump too... just double the price essentially at this point

Not good my friend apparently it’s been very quiet. I would have expected something to have happened after the new year. I reckon Covid has brought a lot of supplier issues because this is not only just affecting gpu’s but also consoles....

Can't really shed a tear for those upgrading from the 20xx series when I've been trying to get a card since summer last year.

I got a 3070. I was still using a gtx460 from 2011 so if we want a pity contest... you just have to get lucky, or rather be determined to make your own luck

I'm expecting the auction site to be flooded with gpu's in about 7-8 months as ethereum moves to POS. By that time most people will be gearing up for the next gen though.
