I had it in my basket, card number submitted. multi factor check in progress and failure.

This was the worst product launch I've witnessed and I just failed ordering a PS5 from a store the placed me in a que for 1 hour and ran out of orders when I was position 5 down from 24000.
 
The websit logged me out then when i tried to log back in it kept saying wrong password even though its saved in chrome.

I have thn had to endure the painfully slow constant crashes since 2pm and its now 3.13pm to tey and setup a new password before i can even try to order one.....

Same here.
 
I got nothing as the website wouldn't load. So disappointed. Now it's gonna be weeks or months until there's more stock and who knows how much is that going to cost.
 
I think my order went through, paid with Amazon pay, although it did charge me a delivery fee of £10 or so. And it doesn't show in my list of orders, and didn't get any order confirmation emails but got the payment confirmation email from Amazon.
