Disappointed the site went down/unresponsive, surely a surge in visitors was expected?
Perhaps a server upgrade is in order.:D

I got a far as adding to the basket for it to become unresponsive.
I'll wait it out like others and let the prices settle down.

At least you know you will be getting one eventually, I hear the founders card went out of stock instantly so a lot of people who wanted those missed out completely.

They didnt go out of stock for 30min, i managed to cop 2 from Nvidia just the site was SO badddddddddddddddddddd it crashed at checkout badly

Yeah that was crazy it went from notify to sold out in seconds. I tried for both the FE and from overclockers and I never even saw the buy button for the FE.
 
Got an order in after struggling with a broken payment page for 12 minutes and then the order was stuck on order received - awaiting payment status then followed by receiving a confirmation email 4 hours 40 minutes later. Now the order received - not yet shipped. No idea on where the order is and if I was lucky but it has been a total mess.
 
I did manage to get a pre-order on the MSI Ventus. The order is in my OcUK account with funds taken from bank but item is marked as 'Pre Order (ETA: 18 September 2020)'.

So hoping if they get stock tomorrow, I'll be lucky and hopefully get a card sent out.

I know I'm living in a fantasy land :)

Totally crazy day, we are working hard to download orders and keep site online and forums.
We will have a better picture tomorrow and shall give you an update tomorrow morning, so please wait until then as I shall be speaking with board partners and NVIDIA first thing.
 
I'm confused, are these pre orders guaranteed or is it a gamble in the order lottery? Because a lot of people will be ****** if their order is cancelled because they didn't count the expected stock

My order is still in the void (no confirmation email, doesn’t show on account but AmazonPay sent payment confirmation), but I’m hopeful it will land somewhere :D

Thanks for the update. A shame the system ended up a complete mess. Would really appreciate some quick clarity over the actual status of individual orders and thank you as always! :D

Pretty slimey move if they were selling them without actually having stock if you ask me, people might have had the chance to go elsewhere but money was taken immediatly and they might not even end up getting one.
 
Managed to Preorder Asus 3080 Tuf Gaming Pro earlier around 17:00, gave up as between 13:30 and 14:30 as could not even get on site.

Anyway Price showed as £649.99 as previously until I got to Checkout where it had changed to £698.99, oh well still cheaper than Scan.
Just logged in to see if past the "Awaiting payment status" yet, nope even though it went through Paypal straight away.
I did notice though that the price on site has dropped down by a tenner to £689.99, hopefully I will be now paying this lower price when the funds get taken out up to 3 days after the 20th (estimate for card is 21st).

No email to confirm order as yet either other than the one from Paypal.

May have to give them a ring and find out as to why price shot up and has now dropped a tenner (first increase was too high by mistake?)
