** NVIDIA RTX 30 SERIES NOW ONLINE AT OVERCLOCKERS UK (3090 / 3080 / 3070) **

I was in that boat, but figured I may as well hedge my bets and placed an order for a less popular card just now, as I'm not usually very lucky :)
Fair enough. I just don’t trust any of the usual suspects selling these cards. Taking my money now, in advance of a 3 month or so wait, is a joke. I’ll just suck it up, watch others enjoy their cards, and... cry in the corner :(

Are there any other folks here who haven’t yet placed an order, and are simply hoping to refresh numerous sites and pick one up over the coming weeks (more likely months...)?

I'm waiting for an FE or EVGA XC3 since I needs a thinner card so FE at 2 slots or XC3 at 2.2 are really the only choices.

Watching and waiting for now...

Greebo with the vital intel.

Im constantly checking lol I have pre ordered the Trio at 17:44 and I'm 1147 in the Que. But if I can pick up another card elsewhere I will do.

OCUK are the only ones taking money up front from what I can see. Other retailers seemed to have closed shop until they can fulfill existing orders. Who knows, might get a lucky refresh and purchase elsewhere, can always cancel this preorder...but time will tell.

Seeing how this launch & preorder/stock supply was rather **** poor, I may prepare and place an order for a RTX 4080 today, although I probably still be beaten by bots!!!

Just noticed that EVGA pulled the SRP off the cards on their EU website all now show 'TBD' .

I'd guess when stock does arrive it isn't going to resemble the launch pricing...

No surprise of course...

So with the 3070 launches and 3090 theres going to be even more people waiting for cards damn got no chance of getting my 3080 anytime soon

If anything, it'll decrease the time you'll have to wait for a 3080. A bunch of people will cancel their orders and get a 3070 or 3090 instead.

Another day gone and another day of not hearing anything from the retailer I purchased from. You can see why there was never a pre ordering process before launch as so many people would have gone without on launch day due to low stock.

Seems to be a common theme. I just think retailers don’t have a clue when or how many cards they are receiving over the comming weeks, and so are leaving customer’s in the dark.

Lads the cards launched on Thursday afternoon, Asia are like 8 hours ahead of us, then we had a weekend where people wouldn't have been about. Im as keen to get a formative update as the next guy, but you're all acting like this information they can access easily and aren't bothering to pass on or something. There will be dozens of dozens of retailers in the UK alone, all trying to figure out distribution from multiple different suppliers for multiple different versions of the card, its obvously going to take more than a quick call email to a contact to sort out some sort of meaningful solution.

I mean I have no specific affinity to OCUK or anything as a brand, Ive used them for a GPU and a Monitor in the past and thats it, but people need to think about the logistics of what unpicking this *********** would actually entail, it's not some insidious plot to mug off their customers
