If that Zotac 3080 remains the same price im pretty sure this will be my first GPU upgrade since my 980TI. Hoping my CPU wont bottleneck it

Up, of course. Samsung's 8nm yields are rubbish so any talk of "stock will be plentiful" is purely speculation.

@Gibbo Can you clarify the position with order / pre-orders. Are the 3080s becoming available to pre-order on the 17th @ 2pm, or available to order (i.e. you expect to have them in stock)? Trying to gauge when they will be shipping in order to time the sale of my existing card. Appreciate you might not have firm info yet, but anything you can share will be helpful.
