** NVIDIA RTX 30 SERIES NOW ONLINE AT OVERCLOCKERS UK (3090 / 3080 / 3070) **

FE reviews nda is lifted on the 14th which is at least something as we all get to see how the 3080 performs in proper game reviews and if it’s as good as Nvidia claims then it’s going to fuel demand. But AIB reviews NDA isn’t getting lifted until 17th so nobody will know which AIB has the edge and get their build right with the coolest and or best overclocking card
Think I will just go for founders if it is well received by reviewers and performs well in tests.

I don't think ampere is going to OC well or far, a shame as love having GPU core above that 2Ghz barrier. I think NV have put the thumbscrews down on the GPU to compete/beat AMD, might be wrong though.

Also any cards that OC better will just be down to silicon lottery. Even when it made a difference with the Uber high end cards you were talking a diminishing return more in performance.

You're best off watercooling a cheap card, it will allow it to maintain boost much more reliably for longer than any air cooled card will.

There doesn’t seem to be a huge shortage of options. My 1080ti still does a great job at 1440p for me.

Same here but I still like to have more power. Had my 1080ti since release and loved it but I feel that itch to upgrade now that something with a lot more power and within my price range is coming out.

It won't be, particularly at 3440x1440 which I run.
Same, my 2080 struggles in some titles to maintain a high fps on my 3440x1440p at high/max settings. I didn't get a 144hz monitor to run 60fps damn it! If the 3080 can give me this then im getting one.

Saw leaked publication that the RTX 3080 is upto 168% faster in compute and open cl benchmarks which is a good sign but of course we know this doesn't translate directly to gaming performance.

Presumably you mean 68% faster.

I also have a 1440p 144hz monitor and a 2080S. Whilst it's great, a lot of modern games struggle to get to 100 fps when run at max settings (as they should). AC Odyessy gets 60-70 fps, can get it 80-90 by dropping a few settings. There is plenty of room for more performance.

i'm going to put this out there .. the 30 series will run 4k fine but will be slower as you drop back down to the 1080 lvl ..
why because it can't use all its cores .. but lets wait for bench marks ..

I have a sneaking suspicion something will show up like this too. All feels a little too good to be true.

Hi there

As I stated the other day more info will come next week and it’s also the weekend so no additional info shall be forthcoming.

Board partners should start to share some insight, shipment plans, allocation next week etc.

Then we shall have a better idea if we will have stock on shelf for launch, small or large amount etc. Or if it shall be pre order.

Gut feeling is there is reasonable amounts of volume but NVIDIA are now the internet darlings and literally everybody wants one so I can for sure see them selling out and people having to pre order and get in line to get one as they are such fantastic value.

OcUk will do it’s very best to get as much stock as possible and offer the largest range online and keep prices competitive. :)

Hi there, thanks for the update mate.
Will you be updating us with some more details next as soon as you have any info with regards to stock alocations and levels next week ? I think your management is not stopping you from this as I believe that's natural thing that customers wish to know what to expect upon massive premiere?

And.. I hopes you all guys enjoyed your Sunday roast and stopped refreshing 3080 Web page on ocuk believing it would allow you to buy it
Thanks
