** NVIDIA RTX 30 SERIES NOW ONLINE AT OVERCLOCKERS UK (3090 / 3080 / 3070) **

Its midnight for the FE isnt it? So stay up and order an FE on the 17th at 12.01 and then order from OCUK at 2pm. Keep the one which arrives first.
That’s the plan. I mean if Gibbo or someone working there confirms my order is being dispatched for next day and Nvidia have not dispatched by then, then I will cancel the FE order.

My 8% discount through work, and 2% cashback means I could get my takeaway order for as little as £585.00.....I have a nasty feeling that my order won't be on time.
Yeah, I can do this also, but it may mean waiting god knows how long and this time I fancy getting it on release. If it turns out I can’t have it on release either from here or direct from nvidia then I will cancel both and just order a curry like you :p:D

Some are landing as soon as now, but there will be no pictures, no benchmarks and no early chances to order one, there is an NDA in place and OcUK shall be following it to the letter!
What, no winks either? ;)

Do you think you'll be able to provide an idea of stock levels prior to launch or will we just have to wait?

They are now wiser to me finding loop holes in their instructions and have now clearly stated a blanket no photos of stock, unboxing etc. etc.

So you guys just gonna have to wait for reviews, but the old days, were damn good days and lots of fun.

Do NDA's prevent you from talking about the NDAs?

Like, for example, can you say what the NDA's say?

Can you say whether you're under an AMD NDA right now?

I'm affiliated with a popular online game company for online and single player browser games and also a Staff Assistant on their forum. I can tell people I am under NDA, but cannot go into specifics of perks I get in those games etc. If that helps. Although it differs company to company I suppose. Will have to wait for the goodies!

Some NDA's specifically exclude you even mentioning you are under a NDA. I have been in one of those before.

Interesting. Could you say that you're not under an NDA? So what Im getting at is like reverse psychology - if you say that you're not under an NDA then you're not under one, but if you don't say anything, that means you are under one.

For example:

Gibbo, are you under an AMD NDA?

If no, he says "No Im not".
If yes but he can't say, he says "I can't say".

Then we know that he is, but he hasn't broken the terms.

This technique could be used for all sorts of questions.

The last time NVIDIA said to me "Gibbo no pyramids" I went and built a castle. :D

Indeed they were. I got all nostalgic today and been watching some video revivals on youtube of old classic cards. 8800GTX, HD2900XT etc. Man those really were the days. I think we are about to enter a new era of those days...

No pyramids :( talk about anal. Nvidia are ok with the YouTube arselick brigade doing unboxings etc but stacking some boxes up for a pic is a no no,

Thats where the whole NDAs that restrict you from even mentioning that you are under an NDA are really weird.
