If you're referring to Trump, then the import tariff is US-only and will not affect the UK. And it's supposedly PRC-only, not ROC (Taiwan) anyway.

Graphics and motherboards are exempt cards are exempt from them, the exemption was exten ded by another year, of course Trumpo may change this but it would take some time i guess and would not impact us unless we are buying products import into the US and then exported to us. I would assume we import direct from teh source

The exemption runs out March 1 st 2025. there is a possibilty it may affect us. it's difficult to say atm. But last time the US mandated a policy against the PRC Britain followed suit.

I never knew we done the same, hopefully we do not do it this time, Starmer seems a little friendlier with the Chinese but in saying that i try to ignore politics as i think they all crooks on all sides and it just winds me up
