I'm now 335 in queue for the Zotac 5090 xD Going down 4 a day, at this rate I'll be 100 years old by the time I get mine![]()
Clearly it's the 72 pence that is putting people off snapping up this absolute bargainVery specific pricing.......attracting no bidders.
I only wish they queued up to take my money too. My money jumped right to the front of the queue and I'm sat here just waitingWe're British. The queuing is the fun part.
I love them. You're never alone in a que. We're British. The queuing is the fun part.
The first game I'm going to play is queue simulator 2025. Hopefully at 700fps.I only wish they queued up to take my money too. My money jumped right to the front of the queue and I'm sat here just waiting![]()
Your money was on the VIP list (mine too).I only wish they queued up to take my money too. My money jumped right to the front of the queue and I'm sat here just waiting![]()
I would value the base 5080 at around £750 so maybe £850-900 tops for the astral. The Astral 5080 is the top dog, what would people consider to be a reasonable normal retailer price?
I would agree for the top end models, then the lower models should be cheaper accordingly.I have a pre-order in for an Astral OC 5080 at MRSP (£1375) at another retailer who say they expect stock on the 14th at the earliest. Whether or not they'll honour that price we'll see.
Same. I'm in line (40s, keeps moving) for a 5090, and can wait for it to be fulfilled. I played a good deal of Rogue Trader, BG3 KC2 over last two evenings. All three games run very even at 4k on my back-up 6950xt. I stepped away from my desk last night thinking "I'm spending £2300 for what...?"I don't feel I have any FOMO. I have a pre-order in at MSRP at a price I'm willing to pay, seems fine to me. Obviously supply will even out eventually, but I'd rather have a GPU sooner than in 6 months+.
I think many people will think this once the dust settles.Same. I'm in line for a 5090, hit can wait for it to be fulfilled. I played a good deal of Rogue Trader, BG3 KC2 over last two evenings. Both games run very even at 4k on my back-up 6950xt. I stepped away from my desk last night thinking "I'm spending £2300 for what...?"
+ £18.55 shipping is what did it for me.Clearly it's the 72 pence that is putting people off snapping up this absolute bargain![]()

ftfy. That assumes cards exist in the UK.
I hope i dont feel this way lol. Im hoping itll help run OBS better for streams and help video editing/rendering.I think many people will think this once the dust settles.
This is the problem with not upgrading GPU very often. I bought my 3060 Ti for £380 on launch and thinking "this is a crazy amount of money for a mid range card, it's more than I paid for my 8800 GTX" and I've been stuck unable to upgrade since because somehow the performance/£ only keeps going down over timeI think many people will think this once the dust settles.
Hot Stock only and paid the £4.99 for premium updates.I use hot stock and now in stock alerts. Seems to miss some drops though. What are you guys using?
I love them. You're never alone in a que.
