It might be that some review boards have been incorrect but retail boards will either be fine or a BIOS update will fix the issue.

No worries. It’s an app you can buy from steam called lossless scaling. It’ll do MFG but hasn’t got the same low level inputs to work with, however, it’s pretty good. Cost £5. Works on any title.
Great for Elden ring as that’s locked to 60FPS and input latency on a third person controller title isn’t noticeable like FPS titles.
Wondered if a real person had a view on perceived differences.

Did you include a £15.00 payment for return delivery charge? I had to pay £15.00 so I included it in cash within the RMA box
so FOMO kicked in then when u realised your coughing up nearly three grand for a GPU it sinks in, I think a lot of people feel that, not the scalpers coz they will add £200 and bang it on the bay

No, I opted to go collect in person! Id have thought they would offer you a 4080 Super, 4090 or possibly some 5000 series if they can't repair and don't have any stock. Either that or a refund.
was a Tuf 5090 for 2759.99 then they had Gainward and Inno3D for 2599.99, they gone, apparently the Tufs were available for 90 minutes

yes Gigabyte is based in Milton Keynes and I can get there in 30 mins, they allow you to drop off the card but weekdays only business hours, so i just delivered it via special,
The £15.00 is to pay for the return delivery, so it cost me the £12.50 to post it and £15.00 in cash to pay for the return delivery, if you didnt pay £15.00 then you must have collected the replacement?
If the offer a 4080 would that be ok for a 3090? in terms of equivalence

Yeah, I posted my bricked 3080Ti RMSD to them, but collected the 4080 replacement form MK in person. I would want a 4080 Super at the minimum for a 3090Ti, not a 4080.
thats top model money for sure but Ive seen the Astral and Suprim going for £3000+, the official RRP price for a 5090 Astral is £2,660.00 as per Asus and the Astral liquid is £2,825.00 but resellers are adding a few hundred extra, this is the FOMO High Demand" tax
If that rumour is true and there is stupid amounts of 5090 stocks coming for March then the prices will go down

urrgh, I'm in the queue for that card
I was, but canceled after seeing virtually no movement, losing interest, and learning Zotacs will ship later than others.
I'm going to cancel too after seeing this. Plus, I seem to be going backwards in queue so not sure how that works?
