I didn't even know dynamic pricing was a thing. Things should be set out at the maximum value at the beginning, and price changes should come later on when they aren't selling as well and lower the price of tickets.

As far as I understand it the artist can decide how it's done.

I was surprised that I did get one. I don't recall registering for any ballot. But I was signed into my Ticketmaster account when I tried to get in the queue. When I got the email I even googled it to make sure it wasn't a scam.

I got nothing either, was on my account, waited all the way to see the rip off 'in-demand' tickets.
