As far as I understand it the artist can decide how it's done.

I see Liam doesn't care for any complaining and thinks people should be grateful that they're playing.

I was surprised that I did get one. I don't recall registering for any ballot. But I was signed into my Ticketmaster account when I tried to get in the queue. When I got the email I even googled it to make sure it wasn't a scam.

Watching the AJ fight and seeing Liam doing the pre show entertainment got me hyped!

Completely missed the original ballot but got an invite for the additional Wembley dates and managed to get two tickets so really excited now, just gotta hope it actually happens lmao.
 
The sound man is getting a lot of grief but I'd say it was Liam's monotone vocals, rather than the sound guy, who needs improving. I mean its not "bad" by any means, just that his monotone "speaking" style singing grates more now and seems more limited than his previous vocal range.
