Is the PowerColor Radeon RX 9070 XT Reaper models included in that? it's the only one that will fit my build.

Yes Sapphire got in touch with the shipper, customs have held it, though the goods are here in the UK.
If all goes well they will release today/tomorrow and goods will be with us tomorrow fingers crossed.
