Yes Sapphire got in touch with the shipper, customs have held it, though the goods are here in the UK. :)
If all goes well they will release today/tomorrow and goods will be with us tomorrow fingers crossed. :)

What if we ordered as Guest, got an order number, got charged but forgot to take the order number down as didn't receive any emails?

Are you able to help retrieve an order number? And subsequently an invoice?

Also, stupid question, how do you DM on here?

Woohoo. Had the Nitro+ on pre-order since Thursday, so hopefully not too much longer now :-)

I noticed on the ticket I raised to retrieve my order number, I wrote Unknown in the order number field. This now says ST5715158, although I don't have a response to the ticket.

Is this a valid order number or the system has just randomly populated it?

I got ST5716153 so looks like an order number

According to our system you ordered a Sapphire 9070 XT Nitro? If that is correct yes we have your order and your in the queue, we have 600 of these due tomorrow so your order will in theory ship tomorrow/Thursday. :)

Yes, that's correct. I cancelled a Steel Legend to buy a Nitro+.
