The missing 33 units of Strix OC that were due nearly two weeks ago, finally arrived today, the orders are shipping.

EVGA shipment, I will go look for later, I suspect they are here and just not booked in.

That's great news for the guys waiting on the Strix OC. Hopefully the EVGA shipment is there. :)
 
im starting to consider this GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming RGB 8192MB GDDR5X PCI-Express Graphics Card (GV-N1080G1 GAMING-8 and paying the extra as im pretty fed up with the ****ing horse **** treatment we have been getting, anyone have any feed back on that card ?

Don't !

Asus Gamer Strix 1080 are in stock, 100 units, we can change you over to this at whatever the price was you paid for your OC. Exact same card just slightly lower clocks, but out of the box it still boost to the OC clocks anyway.

Gaming SKU is GX-409-AS but is hidden on the site at present and only available to customers who pre-ordered the Strix OC, call us and we can change your order to this no issue and get it out today. :)

well im waiting to see if i get my ftw sent out from the batch that u got yesterday first before deciding if i should change or not

Likewise, if I'm not included in this FTW batch (due to queue jumping...) I will probably cancel and go buy Strix available elsewhere. Does annoy me though, I'll end up paying more but I'm just fed up of waiting.

yep same here considering playin a premium elsewhere that actually has stock
 
Glad I swiched to the FTW. The strix oc is sat unused because it's a bit too big for my case. If I get the FTW this week, the strix oc will be going back to the rainforest.

last week i was told i would get mine monday (yesterday) maybe i should have checked what monday instead of assuming as im number 43 or 45 in the queue last i checked so it looks like next week some time i may get mine if no one else jumps in front of me

Offering us a card with a "more realistic clockspeed". I'm sorry what? Our 1.9ghz is unrealistic now? Seriously, what the hell is going on?

They have informed us that there is still going to be a very short supply
of cards for some time and they have sent to us a OC STRIX CARD with a
more realistic clock speed than the card you currently have on order.

ASUS don't deserve the money people are giving them by downgrading to a lower clocked card. Disgusting.
