:(:(

I have taken two weeks off from sunday, so i get the card once i am back at work, can't believe EVGA only sent 10 cards today, not worth a carrot really, it's a pure shambles, supply and demand lol.

That's if they come in two weeks, at this rate it will be another month for 5 lol.
It just seems they are catering more for micro centre stores than eu at the minute. This whole release for 1080s has been a shambles really.

What actually is the difference between the FTW and Classified apart from the £110 pound difference will be putting card under water and debating between these two. I believe EK have said they will do a block for both.

Well it's got more power phases than the ftw and it's suppose to overclock a bit more than the ftw but silicon lottery really. Not sure where overclockers have got the £800 price point from though. I pre ordered when it was £680 on overclockers.

I'm slightly worried about it being to high for my Parvum R1.0

Apparently it's in two weeks they hope. I got told I'm 7th in line for the next batch but they don't know how many they are gonna get.

most of the classified stock seems to be going to a non-specialist physical line of shops in the USA with no online ordering.

i.e. you walk in and get one of the shelf.

Yeah I don't get why they've done it that way in the US. We are lucky I suppose with being able to pre order lol

Confirming I was 6th for a 1080 Classy and I've just had my delivery notification, so batch has been in and distributed :D

Looking forward to seeing how far I can push this thing tonight!

Strix OC

So after 2.5 month of waiting I cancelled my Strix OC order:/ I've ordered the EK waterblock for this card as well which was delivered earlier and guess what...I've asked if I can return the block because I wont be able to use it (unpacked, factory sealed) and the answer is..."unfortunately the item is outside of the 14 day return period for unwanted items."
Thank you Overclockers!

I think you should take it up in the cs forum, surely that has to be an exception considering the insane waiting time for the asus oc card. Nobody expected this length of a wait.

It was from OC...EK Water Blocks EK-FC1080 GTX Strix - Acetal+Nickel
WC-9B1-EK
Ordered on the 5th of July (I thought that my card will be with me soon so I ordered the block - silly me=]).

Just contact CS again, sure Gibbo can sort you out given the state of things here.

GPS signal not found. (11)
I'm in the same boat, took delivery of my EK-FC1070 GTX yesterday as the rainforest told me "my order would be fulfilled on 11th August". At 10pm last night they updated the estimate to 3rd September.

At least this block is compatible with the reference design but given the price increase it's cheaper to hold onto it.

CS will be able to sort you out given the circumstances. They took my one month old unopened 1080 back after I sent them a webnote
