Pretty sure Ben can give some guidance so I'll wait and see if he picks this up, the Hydro isn't a mile off release so I would assume they have the relationship in place.

if you are that concerned then maybe put your order on pause until there is more information from anyone - by the time water blocks are actually available to buy you will probably have all the information and the actual GPU's themselves will be in ready supply so you can just pick up whatever

Please wait for news from my product management team. This is a project we have been working on for some time with our Cooling team (same guys bringing you the ACX cooler upgrades) We wouldn't consider this venture if we were not sure on the quality. It also gives us flexibility to make coolers for all flavours (FTW, Classified and reference)

The dates I highlighted are the first stock delivery dates, so the first units arriving at OCUK. This is usually around batches of 40-50 units on the first rounds. Will endeavour to give updates every 48 hours or if news changes.

Why such a low amount? OCUK had 150 pre ordrs in the first 1-2 days. When will the next lot be after the first batch then? Can you not send more like 200 in the first batch? 40-50 seems an very low amount? another retailer are apparently getting 300 in the first batch... why 40-50? How many pre ordrs do you have at EVGA site?

All our stocks are only limited by GPU from Nvidia. Of course we have other clients in Northern Europe as well but our biggest limitation is chip set from NV at the moment preventing larger shipments.

Ok can you give any estimates? On how many and when? So there will be 40-50 around the 17th? What batches should there be after that? Thanks

I think if someone has said they are getting 300 in the first batch they are probably lying - they might have 300 on order

50 is a minimum as well, if they can send more they probably will

as crazy as it sounds, some big companies are not very good at communicating internally and they actually can't tell you very easily what product they have moving where

Well I was quoting someone who said on here, I did not get it directly from the other store, but yes maybe they will not get 300 either.

Quantities of the 1080 seem extremely low, all a bit fishy if you ask me, no FE early adopter tax my ****
 
Strix cards pushed back to the 10th .. and im 400 on list .. guess my card will be delivered by first of July.

I feel sorry for the people who sold their current cards expecting the 1080s will be delivered by mid June ..

OCUK should limit the preorders next time and mention an accurate date.

Hi NirK

It is difficult for people to understand how difficult this is. We have plans in place as best we can, then we may get under shipment of GPU from NV and have to change everything.

Then we have to consider there is a 2 Day National Holiday in the Far East this Thursday/Friday which will delay production/shipping.

All AIBs and Nvidia will be ramping production as quickly as they can to try and meet this unprecedented demand.

My job at the moment is just to keep everyone as much in the loop as I can.

Thanks Ben, happy to wait but do let them know its a good idea to at least do some PR more formally that you are actively working on it. I'm not alone in talking to EK on social channels and you could ease concerns/stop cancelled orders if you did so.

Slightly unrelated but do you guys have any rough estimates on release date for the HB Bridges?

Nice to see you active in this period of intense interrogation while we wait for our cards :)

Yeh I am sure it is difficult, but a bit disappointing with the stock levels... anyway I hope I get one on the 17th or shortly after this has been a long wait as currently on a 7 year old GPU.
 
one question to Ben, just interested,

will Classified clocks be announced before i receive my card? possibly end of june??

clocks dont bother me but it be nice to get a ballpark :p

We always announce clocks before shipping.

FTW clocks should be announced tomorrow.

For the HB bridges, we should have the 1.5 and 2 slot bridges around 20th June in the UK I would hope in time for the FTW.

This was the schedule we were working towards last week.

Just been told I am 77th in the queue for the SC ACX 3.0.

They told me still the 10th but possibly delayed until the 17th! I am guessing I won't see mine until July now as it sounds like the first batch is only going to be 40-50 cards.

Such a disappointment as I have just bought Doom and Overwatch yet can't play them.
