It's good fun - joint care is important, hence the increase in fish oils, cissus and creatine during the program.
Some really intense workouts should do the trick. I think your at the beginning of the ladder where your hard work and efforts don't seem apparent but they are all slowly building up.
Keep at it, I remember when I found back squatting 60KG difficult!

That would be a good physique to strive for, but far too skinny for me!
