Could you not have walked/cycled/bus it to the gym? :(

Walking would take three hours.

Cycle would take 40 minutes or something.

Bus would cost £5 :p...And at the moment i'm poor as sin, had my car insurance + Car Tax + MOT due this month. And now my car batterys died.

Anyway, de-railing :) Back shot from the other day to keep us on track:

lol what UE said wasn't even that bad, pretty sure Delvis is used to it :p

Probably something along the lines of:

OMG just Deadlift a car or do weighted pull-ups on a tree or you'll stay a scrawney twit all your life!!!

If my car was working, i'd have done a proper session, sadly life throws crap at us sometimes
 
Stop pinching your shoulders together Delvis, you're hiding what width you have by doing so

I'm presuming this can be done with regards to a rear-double-bicep? Never tried!

It was purely for comparison really, will try again next time.

Thanks. It's been slow, but thats sadly due to finances and lack of diet, otherwise I may be half decent by now.

Height wise i'm 6ft something I believe...not changed in years.

Weight wise...I was 13.5 stone last I checked (yes, I work in stone :o, need some scales)...So not sure what the weight change is. On my original pic post back a page I was probably about 11 stone something.

I'm happy, just going up a few gears no! :)

basically i said this but with more sarcasm, something about calling the president because apparently there is no possible method for delvis to get to a gym. Which i firmly believe is a valid point.

Delvis .... why dont you ask lie or icecold or FF or ANYONE here who you think you aspire to get close to matching, ask THEM what they do when their car breaks down, because the answer WONT be "come on ocuk forums and moan about it" the answer will likely be "find another way to get to the gym"

I have always walked to and throw the gym. When I was at the David Lloyd it took me over an hour and a half to get there and over an hour and a half to get back home. Always fun on leg days lol.

I think he's just trying to kick Delvis up the arse a little - and to be honest he's right! ;)

Do some complexes at home... go find a tree and do some chins, do some HIIT, bodyweight exercises, core work! Lots of stuff you can do! :p
 
How tall are you out of interest?

I've gotta say, us manlets do have it easy with regard to 'looking' big, though, as broadness tends to come at a much lower bodyweight, or at least the appearance of broadness.
 
Got some good size there, was surprised when you said 170lbs though you look bigger. I'm 177lbs and not carrying that much fat, 5ft 11" here though.
 
I'm only 5'11 so not exactly tall myself! But the visible difference between us is very noticeable!

This is about the only picture (albeit crap) i have that is 'recent' that is a similar pose to yours!

As you can see 'do you even lift' seems rather appropriate!
