No just fat ill trim down for spring lol, im more of a powerlifter or was so a six pack has no appeal at the moment. Sitting at 15 stone 12 pound at the moment and have just started 5 a side football on wednesdays for 2 hrs with sunday league players lol thats fun, took me 5 days last week for me to walk properly then heavy squats on Sunday back to square one.

Can I have a few opinions please. Just started lifting on January 2nd, took this pictures are my first workout I think it was.

Current stats are:

Height - 5ft 11"
Weight - 80kg
Chest - 38"
Waist - 36"
Upper Arm - 12"

Don't really have any specific aims at the moment other than just gaining in size and trying to reduce the waist line as well, most of it is from too much body fat I guess so lifting will help with time but I'm also an amateur runner (3-5 times a week) so will be doing a fair amount of cardio.

Looking at the pictures myself though I'm ok with the front but from the back it seems my body slants to my right. Is this just bad posture or does it look like a muscle imbalance maybe?

Sweet, made some good changes to my diet so far, have the new year bundle from MP and I'm doing the Stronglifts 5x5 plan.

On my 5th workout today and the increment in weight isn't causing problems yet and I do feel I'm seeing mild improvements in terms of muslce already
(feel firmer and different). Not so much with the weight yet but then it's only been 9 days.

Stronglifts is good, I had my friend on it when he joined the gym 8 months ago. He has made amazing progress in strength and size. The key was never missing a gym session 3 times a week, and a diet he worked out, all the macros wrote down so he knows if he is getting the right intake.

Wish I did this back in July, might actually be somewhere now :p

I was just happy to be in the gym shifting something
