OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

Ok here goes:

Im going to make a big effort to stop looking like an advert for food poverty this year.

After taking this pictures i've realised how skinny I actually look - Its purely down to not eating enough/properly. Going to get a few suppliments to help me boost my calorie count, as I dont tend to eat/snack enough during the day.

Im 169cm and weigh 63kg (Put on 6kg in last 3 months)

Here's the photos as of 1st January (be gentle)...

Im a cyclist - So my legs are without doubt the strongest/most defined part of me.

That's a very strong base to start whacking some weight on to man, much better position to be starting from compared to many others :)

What's that about 5'6? Shouldn't take too long to look jacked with that base, only thing that really stands out at the moment is the lack of lats. Get those wings growing and you'll look a lot better already

Working out in a Polish village firestation gym :D Still can't get my arms to the magic 17" despite hitting the weighted close grip chins really hard.

On Monday am training with a former powerlifter who competed in a bench press competition with Jarek Dymek (those who have a strongman interest will know this is). Am going for a beer after with him so any questions for him let me know :)
Gunz! Might not be 17" but they look solid.

Good base, looks like you're doing too much bicep work though. I hope you don't think cycling means you don't have to squat ;)

Going to try and hit it hard, need to focus more on the diet this year and work hard on the chest.
Forearm looks pretty big proportionally...climber?

What's you're height/weight. I think i'll look pretty similar with slightly less bodyfat.

5'11, Just under 12 stone. Naturally a fast burner and always very slim so it's hard for me to put size on but been working hard. Just need to sort ye old diet out now. The slender look can be shown in the chest as it's not that big, or as big as I would like it to be.

MORE FOOD :D

Yeah i'm the same, my chest is definitely lacking. Going to put some serious work into it once i get back in the gym. Only a few days to go woo!

Christ, you look better than me already at that weight! Love it.

As has been said, got a good base to work from, pile on the food and get training.

Right...I must have all my fat in my arse or something, as i'm 6ft last I knew and 13 stone...Yet look like a plank! :D

Thanks chaps!

My back's calmed down now, it's not as bad as the last time this happened when I didn't stop I ended up scabbed up.

Shirtlifter?!? Haha cheers :p

edit: p.s. Layne's back is insane!
